The Penalty Lottery

After the disappointment of missing out on two semi-finals. The first the Walsall Senior Cup due to playing an ineligible player and then the Birmingham Senior Cup after a penalty shoot-out defeat against Aston Villa’s Under-21s.This was a happier ending and Tividale will compete in the JW Hunt Cup Final at The Molineux on Tuesday 30^th May after defeating a gallant Wednesfield side after a penalty shoot-out.

Neil Male has stepped down as Chairman of Tividale Football Club.


Neil has quoted a number of factors in his decision, including

• Time constraints with his son playing Saturdays and business commitments.
• Appointment as Chairman of Kaleidoscope Plus Group
• A new charity set up at riding school for disadvantaged children that’s going to take up his time in setting up.
  
  In the 2022/23 season, Neil has invested a quite substansial amount into Tividale FC in relation to sponsorship, facilities (pitch), player expenses, and other related football products and will continue until December 2023.
  
  We at Tividale Football Club would like to thank him for his contribution over the 2022/23 season. Darlaston Town 1874 4-1 Tividale

Darlaston avenge first day defeat

Tividale travelled to the Paycare Stadium home of Darlaston Town 1874 for their final game of the 2022/23 season. It was also the venue of our first game of the season where we beat the host ‘s 4-0 in the FA Cup.

This time though there was to be no repeat as the home side eased to a 4-1 victory and the three points.

AFC Wulfrunians 1- 2 Tividale

Five league wins in a row is not easy at any level. But when they come from a side with relegation hovering over them at the start of the run and in the space of just 15 days. It is proof of the togetherness of the management, coaching and playing staff.
