Rich is on board and TJ’s Back

Manager Dave King has now covered all the bases with his backroom staff for when we get the green light to start.

His brother in law Richard Heathcote has joined the club as an Assistant Manager. Rich will share the responsibilities with Craig Love who will continue his coaching duties.

Also on board for the 2020-21 season is TJ Munthali. TJ played for us a couple of season’s ago in a number of positions and proved to be very popular in the dressing room as well as with the coaching staff.

TJ has now decided to concentrate on the coaching side of the game and we are so pleased that he has decided to join us. TJ will join Craig, Jack Phillips and Dan Price as 1st team coaches.

Darragh joins Stourbridge

Darragh Bustin has agreed to sign for Stourbridge FC

After 3 and a half years of turning down offers the possibility of joining his home town club was just too big a chance to turn down

In that time Darragh has made 172 appearances scoring 59 goals since signing in July 2016. Not bad for a midfielder, turned full back then wing back and part time striker in his time with us.

Manager Dave King said Obviously I have wished him all the best and I am excited that I have in a small way helped him on his way it’s a great opportunity for him and I am really pleased for him.

Unfortunately due to Darragh moving on his Dad, Kieron (pictured above) has also stepped down from his duties as assistant manager. To support Darragh which is fully understandable..

On Kieran stepping down Dave King said It is a bitter sweet day I am very proud to have a player jump two levels but unfortunately lost a best friend as my assistant. He will he missed by me big time as since his arrival he has played a massive part in our success and I can honestly say he is the best assistant I have had in all my time in management. He is not only a great assistant but he has become a very close friend.

On behalf of Tividale FC, General Manager Leon Murray said. No one can imagine how much Tividale FC appreciate what the Bustin’s have done in their three and half years at the club. This includes Tracey, Kieran’s wife and Darragh’s mum. Tracey came to watch her son, but as with a lot of folks who come to Tividale FC first as a parent then as a fan, she caught the bug and became a major part of our match day hospitality team.

We will always be grateful to them and all their extended family who have supported us and become life long friends of the club.
