With the previous wins against Shifnal Town and AFC Wulfruniuns both teams playing in our division. The next round saw us against Spalding United from the Northern Premier League and playing their football at a level above us.

Tivi Go To Town
In the past Tividale have come up against team’s who have been in a poor run of form and gifted them points and so the visit of so far pointless Bewdley Town must have set off alarm bells for the Boss and his management team, especially as the reports coming in was that although pointless, they were putting in much improved performances.

Highgate United 0-1 Tividale
The High’s and Low’s
There are times when football just doesn’t seem to matter and this was one of those day’s. On the morning of the game the news came that Highgate United Captain, Leader and Legend Samuel Oji had lost his toughest challenge and had sadly passed away. Absolutely awful news. Our thoughts and condolences are with Sam’s wife, children, family, friends and everyone at Highgate United.

Tividale 2-1 AFC Wulfruniuns
A game of two Tivi’s
Tividale came into this game on the back of three different results and three different performances. The win against Shifnal Town in the previous round was an excellent result and performance. They followed iot up with a shocking display against Whitchurch Alport in a game that somehow they scrambled a draw out of purely down to the never say die atitude of the lad’s. Something that this squad of players will always have. Then on Monday night even though we were on the wrong end of a 1-0 result against a very good Romulus side. There was a marked improvement in our performance.
